【摘要】 目的探讨集束化管理策略在重型颅脑损伤(STBI)患者早期康复护理中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年12月医院重症医学科收治的86例STBI患者作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组采用常规疗护方法,观察组采取集束化管理策略,比较两组护理效果。结果护理管理3个月后,观察组格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)高于对照组,Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组≥Ⅲ级肌力患者的比率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化管理策略应用于STBI患者早期康复护理,可有效改善意识状态,提高日常生活能力水平,减轻并发症风险,加快肌力恢复速度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of cluster management strategy applied on the severe traumatic brain injury(STBI) patients, early rehabilitation nursing. Methods To select 86 STBI patients admitted in the hospital intensive care department from January 2019 to December 2020 as the study object, according to the principle of basic data matching between groups they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine nursing methods, the observation group was give the cluster management strategy, the intervention effect was compared between two groups. Results After three months nursing management, the Glasgow coma scale(GCS) of the observation group was higher than the control group, Barthel index score was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the incidence of complication rate of the observation group was lower than the control group(P <0.05), the proportion of the patients’ strength ≥ leve Ⅲ was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the cluster management strategy in early rehabilitation nursing of STBI patients could effectively improve the state of consciousness, enhance the activities level of daily living, reduce the risk of complications and accelerate the progress of muscle strength recovery.更多还原
