【摘要】 目的探讨初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养效能的影响因素,并据此制定相关护理对策。方法选择医院2016年1月—2019年1月收治的选择剖宫产术分娩初产妇150例,调查产妇个人因素与环境因素,通过单因素及多因素线性回归分析初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养效能的影响因素。结果本研究中,150例产妇BSES量表平均得分为67.23±16.23分。技能平均得分为21.93±7.92分,内心活动平均得分为45.72±9.88分。单因素及多因素线性回归结果显示,喂养认知度、产后抑郁情况、配偶支持度水平、乳头是否健康、产后泌乳量是影响初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养效能的独立影响因素。结论初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养效能高低存在多种因素影响,护理对策应着对因施护,提高母乳喂养率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influencing factors of breastfeeding efficacy after cesarean section in primiparas, and formulate relevant nursing strategies accordingly. Methods A total of 150 cases of primiparas who underwent cesarean section and were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected to investigate the individual factors of the primiparas and environmental factors, and the influencing factors of breastfeeding efficacy after cesarean section in primipara were analyzed by univariate and multivariate linear regression. Results In this study, the average score on the BSES scale of 150 parturients was 67.23 ± 16.23 points. The average score for skills was 21.93 ± 7.92 points, and the average score for inner activities was 45.72 ± 9.88 points. Univariate and multiple linear regression analysis showed that the feeding cognition, postpartum depression, support level of spouse, nipple health, and postpartum lactation were the independent factors that affected the effectiveness of breastfeeding after cesarean section in primiparas. Conclusion There were many factors influencing the breastfeeding efficacy after cesarean section in primiparas. Nursing strategies should be based on nursing care to increase the breastfeeding rate.更多还原
