【摘要】 目的探讨专项认知行为干预方案对淋巴瘤患者恐惧疾病进展及希望水平的影响。方法选择2018年5月—2019年12月收治的淋巴瘤患者160例为研究对象,依据患者性别、年龄、病程具有可比性的方法,分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施专项认知行为干预方案。随访4个月后,采用恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)、Herth希望量表(HHI)、疾病认知问卷简版(BIPQ)分别评估患者恐惧心理、希望水平、认知情况。结果观察组患者FoP-Q-SF评分低于对照组,HHI、BIPQ评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专项认知行为干预方案应用于淋巴瘤患者有利于减缓恐惧疾病进展,提升希望水平,改善认知现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the ef fect of special cognitive behavioral intervention program on the fear of disease progression and hope level of lymphoma patients. Methods To select 160 cases of patients with lymphoma admitted from May 2018 to December 2019 as the study objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of gender, age, and disease course, with 80 cases each. The control group took routine care, and the observation group implemented a special cognitive behavioral intervention program on the basis of the control group. After 4 months of follow-up, fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF), Herth hope index(HHI), and brief illness perception questionnaire(BIPQ) were used to evaluate the patient’s fear, hope level, and cognition. Results The FoP-PQ-SF score in theobservation group was lower than that in the control group, the HHI and BIPQ scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of a special cognitive behavioral intervention program to patients with lymphoma was benefi cial to slowing down the progression of fearful diseases, raising the level of hope, and improving the current cognitive status.更多还原
