【摘要】 目的了解对青少年抑郁症患儿家庭成长环境的影响因素,为制定青少年抑郁症预防及心理干预策略提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2020年4月至10月某三级甲等精神专科医院心身科住院的18例青少年抑郁症患儿作为访谈对象,对其进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈资料进行整理和分析。结果共提炼出4个主题:父母的过高期待和压力、家庭关系冲突、家庭功能失调、早年创伤经历触发。结论青少年发生抑郁的家庭成长环境因素复杂多样,医护人员在照护青少年抑郁症患儿时应充分考虑到家庭成长环境对患儿造成的影响,提供个体化心理干预方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influencing factors of growing environment in families of adolescents with depression and provide reference for prevention and psychological intervention strategies on adolescent depression. Method Choose 18 hospitalized adolescents with depression in psychosomatic department of a top ranked psychiatric hospitals during Apr. 2020 to Oct. 2020 by objective sampling. They receive semi-structured interviews. Arrange and analyze the information by Colaizzi 7-step analysis. Result Four themes are extracted, which are too high expectations from parents and too heavy load, conflicts between family relationship, family dysfunction and reminded of early traumatic experience. Conclusion The environmental factors of family growth for adolescent depression are complex and diverse. Medical staff should concern on effect of growing environment on adolescents and provide individual psychological intervention strategies when taking care of adolescents with depression.更多还原
