【摘要】 目的汉化分娩疼痛感知量表,并对其进行信效度检验。方法严格遵循Brislin汉化原则,对分娩疼痛感知量表进行翻译、回译和文化调适,形成中文版量表。采用便利抽样法选取440例经阴道自然分娩的初产妇为研究对象,对其产后2 h内的疼痛感知进行调查,通过相关分析法和临界比值法进行项目分析,通过召开专家讨论会评定内容效度,采用探索性因子分析检验量表的结构效度,采用Cronbach’sα系数和分半信度系数进行信度分析。结果 Pearson相关分析结果显示,中文版分娩疼痛感知量表各条目与总分的相关系数为-0.126～0.831(P<0.05)。临界比值法结果显示,除条目10外,其余条目在高低分两组上的得分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),故删除条目10。探索性因子分析最终析出2个公因子,保留16个条目。总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.848,分半信度系数为0.821,2个维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.775、0.746,分半信度系数分别为0.793、0.766。结论中文版分娩疼痛感知量表信效度较好,可作为评价国内产妇分娩疼痛反应和疼痛耐受性水平的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Chinesize Perception of Labor Pain Questionnaire and test its reliability and validity. Method Translate, back translate and make cultural adjustment on Perception of Labor Pain Questionnaire based on Brislin’s translation principle and form the Chinese version of Perception of Labor Pain Questionnaire. Choose 440 primiparas adopting natural vaginal delivery by convenient sampling and investigate them on pain sensation in 2 h after delivery. Analyze the items by correlation analysis method and critical ratio method. Assess the content validity by expert discussion. Test the structure validity by exploratory factor analysis. Analyze the reliability by Cronbach’s α coefficient and split-half reliability coefficient. Result Persons correlation analysis shows that the correlation coefficient between each item and total score of Chinese version of Perception of Labor Pain Questionnaire validity is-0.126～0.831(P<0.05). Critical ratio method shows that there is statistically significant difference on scores between high score group and low score group for each item, except item 10(P<0.05). So delete item 10. Exploratory factor analysis extracts 2 common factors and remain 16 items. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the total scale is 0.848, and its split-half reliability coefficient is 0.821. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of 2 dimensions are 0.775 and 0.746, and its split-half reliability coefficients are 0.793 and 0.766. Conclusion Chinese version of Perception of Labor Pain Questionnaire has nice reliability and validity, which can be a tool of evaluating pain response and pain tolerance for domestic puerpera.更多还原
