【摘要】 法治是经济社会发展的前提和保障,全面推进依法治国,建设法治中国、法治城市离不开全民对法治观念的内化于心和外化于行。然而,由于快速发展的城市化带来了诸如城市人口密度过大、利益关系多元等复杂社会现象,使得城市里不同职业群体之间的价值取向、法治观念也各不相同,并且表现出"规则意识""守法意识"尚需培育和加强等问题。为提高城市不同职业群体的法治观念,应在立法、执法、司法、守法各环节统筹推进的基础上,不断完善国家立法,培育全民法律信仰;从培养"规则意识"做起,逐步养成全民守法意识;以人为本,创新法治宣传教育新途径;深化分业、分类、分众法治宣传教育,开展精准普法,提高全民法律素养。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rule of law is the premise and guarantee for the economic and social development. To comprehensively push forward the rule of law and build China and cities under the rule of law cannot be achieved without the internalization and externalization of the concept of the rule of law. However,the rapid development of urbanization has brought about complex social phenomena such as excessive urban population density and multiple interest relations,which makes the value orientation and the concept of rule of law vary among different occupational groups in cities,moreover,it shows that "rule consciousness"and "law-abiding consciousness"need to be cultivated and strengthened. In order to improve the concept of the rule of law of different occupational groups in cities,we should,firstly,continuously improve national legislation and cultivate the legal belief of the whole people on the basis of the coordinated promotion of legislation,law enforcement,judicature and law-abiding,secondly,gradually develop the awareness of the whole people of abiding by the law starting with the cultivation of"rule consciousness",thirdly,put people first and innovate new ways of publicity and education on the rule of law,and finally,deepen publicity and education on the rule of law by different professions,categories and groups,carry out accurate law popularization as well as improve the legal literacy of the whole people.更多还原
