【Abstract】 Uganda is located in the central region of East Africa, with obvious geographical and locational advantages, strong market consumption radiation in the surrounding areas and fast population growth. Moreover,Uganda is a country with great development potential and an important international partner of China in Africa. Agriculture, animal industry and fisheries are important driving forces for Uganda’s economic growth and employment increase. Analyzing the current situation and characteristics of Uganda’s agricultural development,favorable conditions of international cooperation in agriculture and discussing the key industries of international cooperation in agriculture and fisheries between China and Uganda considering the current situation of ChinaUganda agricultural cooperation.
