磁性分子印迹聚合物制备及其对松果菊苷的分离富集

【摘要】 为促进磁性分子印迹聚合物的应用,本研究制备了一种磁性分子印迹聚合物用于分离富集肉苁蓉提取液中松果菊苷。使用四氧化三铁纳米粒子合成磁性MCM-41介孔分子筛,松果菊苷作为模板分子,4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)作为功能单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作为致孔剂制备磁性MCM-41介孔分子筛分子印迹聚合物(Fe3O4@MCM-41-MIPs)。为研究该聚合物的结构形态,采用红外光谱、透射电镜进行表征分析,通过吸附动力学试验、等温吸附试验考察聚合物的吸附性能。结果表明:Fe3O4@MCM-41-MIPs制备成功且对松果菊苷具有较好的选择吸附性,经分离后松果菊苷的收率为93.27%,纯度为33.5%。

【Abstract】 In order to promote the application of magnetic molecular imprinting polymer,in this study,a magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized for the separation and enrichment of echinacoside from Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma.Using Fe3 O4 nanoparticles to synthesize magnetic MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve.Magnetic MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve molecularly imprinted polymer(Fe3 O4@MCM-41-MIPs)was synthesized using echinacoside as a template molecule,4-vinylpyridine(4-VP)as a functional monomer and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as a porogen.In order to study the structural morphology of the polymer,infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used for characterization analysis.The adsorption performance of the polymer was investigated through adsorption kinetics test and isothermal adsorption test.The results showed that the Fe3 O4@MCM-41-MIPs was successfully prepared and had good selective adsorption to echinacoside.The recovering yield of echinacoside was 93.27%,the purity of echinacoside was33.5%.
