超声协同沸水提取无花果叶多糖工艺研究

【摘要】 为促进无花果叶多糖的开发利用,本研究采用超声提取技术协同沸水提取无花果叶中多糖,并采用响应面分析法优化提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为超声功率183 W,料液比1∶30(g∶mL),提取时间2.6h,此条件下无花果叶多糖得率为2.81%,是传统热水浸提法的1.18倍。

【Abstract】 In order to promote the development and utilization of polysaccharide from fig leaves,ultrasonic extraction technology was used to extract polysaccharides from fig leaves by boiling water,and the response surface analysis method was used to optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the best extraction conditions were ultrasonic power 183 W,material-liquid ratio 1∶30(g∶mL),extraction time 2.6 h.Under these conditions,the yield of leaf polysaccharide was 2.81%.The yield was 1.18-fold higher than the traditional hot water extraction method.
