农业劳动力老龄化对农业碳排放的影响——基于农业技术创新的调节效应
Impact of Aging Agricultural Labor Force on Agricultural Carbon Emissions——Adjustment Effect Based on Agricultural Technological Innovation
【摘要】 为了探究我国农业劳动力老龄化逐步加剧对改变农业生产方式进而导致的农业碳排放变化,以及农业技术创新在应对老龄化带来的负面影响中的作用,以黑龙江省2000~2018年数据,利用STIRPAT模型和调节效应模型研究分析农业劳动力老龄化发展对农业碳排放的影响,分析农业技术创新在农业劳动力老龄化对农业碳排放影响中的调节作用。研究结果表明,农业劳动力老龄化加剧会显著促进农业碳排放;而随着农业技术创新水平提高,农业劳动力老龄化加剧对农业碳排放的促进作用将会减小。为此,进一步调整农业劳动力结构,提高农业技术创新水平是弱化农业劳动力老龄化对农业碳排放促进作用的重要举措。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the gradual increase in the aging of China’s agricultural labor force,the changes in agricultural carbon emissions caused by changing agricultural production methods,and the role of agricultural technological innovation in coping with the negative effects of aging.Using the 2000-2018 data from Heilongjiang Province,the STIRPAT model and the regulatory effect model,research the impact of the aging development of the agricultural labor force on agricultural carbon emissions and the regulatory effect of agricultural technological innovation on this effect are studied.The results show that the aging of the agricultural labor force will significantly promote agricultural carbon emissions;And as the level of agricultural technology innovation improves,the aging of the agricultural labor force will promote the reduction of agricultural carbon emissions.To this end,further adjustment of the agricultural labor force structure and improvement of the level of agricultural technology innovation are important measures to weaken the aging of the agricultural labor force in promoting agricultural carbon emissions.
