基于远程控制的轨道式田间秧苗运输车设计与试验
Design and Experiment of Rice Seedling Rail-type Transporter for Field Based on Remote Control
【摘要】 针对目前田间秧苗运输主要依靠大量人工以及传统机械化运苗方式对水田结构的破坏问题,为进一步提高水稻机械化种植效率,设计一种基于远程控制的轨道式田间秧苗运输车。采用基于远程无线通讯模块的PLC控制方法,利用蓄电池和直流伺服电机为运输车提供动力,通过在水稻田埂上布置运输轨道,实现田间秧苗向插秧机作业位置的机械化运输。通过秧苗运输车田间性能试验显示,运输车最大行走速度3.52 km·h-1,最大坡度9.67%,最大负载446 kg,可单次运输秧苗数量约50盘,作业效率可达0.59 hm2·h-1。试验结果表明运输车能较好的在田埂轨道上运输秧苗而不破坏田埂结构,可满足插秧机秧苗补充作业的要求。
【Abstract】 According to the current problem that seedling transportation in field mainly relied on a large number of manual labor and traditional mechanical method might damage the paddy field structure,to improve the efficiency of mechanized rice planting,a rice seedling rail-type transporter for field based on remote control was designed.PLC control method based on remote wireless communication module was used.Storage battery and a DC servo motor were used to provide power to the transporter.The transporter run on the rails which be laid on the paddy ridge to make it possible that seedlings could be carried mechanically to the working position of the rice transporter.The performance testing of the transporter showed that the transporter had a maximum walking speed of 3.52 km·h-1,a maximum gradient of 9.67%,and a maximum load of 446 kg.The number of seedlings transported at a time was about 50,and the working efficiency could reach 0.59 hm2·h-1.The experiment results showed that the transporter could carry the seedlings on rail of the ridge in field without destroying the structure of ridge,which could meet the requirements of seedlings supplement for transporter.
