【摘要】 成果导向教育模式以学习成果为出发点与归宿,该模式与目标模式一脉相承。成果导向教育模式既有其优势,也有其不足。从标准化培养与个性化培养、结果与过程、行为与情感态度价值观等三个维度审视,成果导向教育模式强于每个维度的前者,而弱于每个维度的后者。对于成果导向教育模式,在教育教学实践中应根据实际情况灵活选择使用,扬长避短,择善而从。更多还原

【Abstract】 Outcomes-oriented education model takes learning outcomes as the starting point and destination, which is in line with the target model.This education model has its advantages and disadvantages.From three dimensions of standardized training and individualized training, result and process, behavior and emotion, attitude and values, the result-oriented education model is stronger than the former in each dimension, but weaker than the latter in each dimension.As for the results-oriented education mode, we should flexibly choose and use it according to the actual situation in the practice of education and teaching, develop strengths and avoid weaknesses, and follow the good ones.更多还原
