驯鹿精子显微与超微结构研究

【摘要】 为了探究驯鹿(Rangifer tarandus)精子的形态构造以及超微结构特征,试验采用光学镜检与透射电镜技术对驯鹿精子进行了观察与分析。结果表明:驯鹿精子全长(90.545±5.374)μm,由头部、颈部、尾部构成,这三部分长度分别为(13.009±1.095)μm、(1.991±0.694)μm、(75.545±5.592)μm;精子头部呈现略微扁平的卵圆形,内部含有高度浓缩且电子密度较高的精核,顶体形似帽状,包裹在精核之外,前端相对膨大;精子颈部很短,不明显;精子尾部较长,可分成中段、主段以及终段;驯鹿精子尾部轴丝属于"9+2"结构类型,微管结构类型是"9+9+2"。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the morphological structure and ultrastructural characteristics of reindeer sperm, the sperm of reindeer were observed and analyzed by optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the total length of reindeer sperm was(90. 545 ± 5. 374) μm, which was composed of(13. 009 ± 1. 095)μm in head,(1. 991 ± 0. 694) μm in neck and(75. 545 ± 5. 592) μm in tail. The head of reindeer sperm is slightly flat oval, which contains highly concentrated sperm nucleus with high electron density, and the top is hat-shaped and wrapped outside the sperm nucleus with relatively enlarged front end. Sperm neck is very short and inconspicuous.Sperm tail is long, which can be divided into interruption, main segment and terminal segment. The axial filament of reindeer sperm tail belongs to ’9 + 2’ structure type, and the microtubule structure type is’9 + 9 + 2’.
