畜牧微生物学课程教学改革与实践

【摘要】 畜牧微生物学是东北农业大学动物科学技术学院的一门专业基础课。在双一流学科建设背景下,东北农业大学动物科学技术学院在深刻认识教学专业性的基础上,结合教学实践中存在的问题,从畜牧微生物教学内容的重组与优化、教材选择、多元授课等方面开展了改革与创新,以使学生更快地掌握微生物基础理论知识及畜产品加工、检验、贮藏和免疫学等方面的技术,增加微生物和免疫方面的知识储备。

【Abstract】 Microbiology of Animal Husbandry is a professional basic course of the College of Animal Science and Technology in Northeast Agricultural University. Under the background of the"Double First-Class"university project,based on a deep understanding of the professionalism of teaching, the College of Animal Science and Technology combined with the existing problems in teaching practice, reorganized the teaching content of husbandry microbiology in the selection of teaching materials and multiple teaching. The reforms and innovations have been launched to enable students faster learning professional knowledge, and master the basic the oretical knowledge of microbes,technologies in animal product processing, inspection, storage and immunology. All these changes enhanced the learning ability in microbiology and immunity.
