【摘要】 为全面了解河北省烤鸭坯产业现状,分析存在的突出问题,为鸭坯产业高质量发展提出合理化建议,采取问卷调查、现场走访的方法,先后对河北省18家主要鸭坯生产企业进行了调研。结果表明:河北省沧州市鸭坯总产量占全国市场的50%以上,目前企业产能普遍过剩;北京鸭是主要养殖品种,70%采用网上养殖方式,养殖过程全部免填饲,肉鸭自养占比为30%,企业环保设备齐全,鸭坯传统销售渠道占比为80%,品牌定位以中端为主。河北省鸭坯产业前景看好,但是存在标准缺乏、同质化严重、市场风险大等突出问题。建议河北省行业主管部门尽快出台鸭坯产业宏观规划,企业应通过技术研发、规范生产、产品创新、渠道拓展等推动鸭坯产业高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to fully understand the current situation of roast duck billet industry in Hebei Province, analyze the outstanding problems, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the high-quality development of roast duck billet industry, the author investigated 18 major roast duck billet enterprises in Hebei Province, by means of questionnaire survey and field visit. The results show that total output of duck billets in Cangzhou City of Hebei Province accounts for more than 50% of the national market,enterprises generally have excess capacity,Peking Duck is the main variety,70%of them are bred on net, and all of them are free of filling,self raised meat ducks account for 30%,environmental protection equipment is complete. And traditional sales channels account for 80%,brand positioning is mainly in the middle end.Although Hebei roast duck billet industry has a bright future, there are still some outstanding problems,such as lack of standards, serious homogenization, high market risk and so on. It is suggested that the industry authorities of Hebei Province should issue the macro planning of roast duck billet industry as soon as possible, and enterprises should promote the high-quality development of roast duck billet industry through technology research and development, standardized production, product innovation and channel expansion.更多还原
