基于FMECA模式分析籽鹅养殖环节质量安全关键控制点
Analysis of quality and safety critical control points of Zi goose breeding based on FMECA model
【摘要】 故障模式、影响与危害性分析(FMECA)是分析引起产品所有可能的故障模式及其可能产生的影响,并按每个故障模式产生影响的严重程度及发生概率予以分类的一种归纳分析方法。文章论述了如何采用该方法合理划分籽鹅养殖环节,分析每个环节的危害模式、危害原因、危害影响、危害的检测方法、计算风险优先数值识别关键控制点。并通过养殖场验证,对关键控制点建立管控预防措施,以有效保障籽鹅的健康安全养殖。
【Abstract】 Failure Mode,Effect and Criticality Analysis(FMECA)is an inductive analysis method that analyzes all possible failure modes and their possible effects caused by the product,and classifies the severity and probability of occurrence of each failure mode. This method was used to reasonably divide the breeding links of Zi geese,analyzed the hazard mode,hazard cause,hazard impact,hazard detection method of each link,and calculated the risk priority value to identify the key control points. Through farm verification,the establishment of control and prevention measures for key control points can effectively guaranteed the healthy and safe breeding of Zi geese.
