褪黑素对细胞的影响和睾丸支持细胞的调控
The effect of melatonin on sertoli cells
【摘要】 在哺乳动物中褪黑素尤为重要。褪黑素是松果体分泌的一种激素,具有调控动物生理节律、季节性繁殖和睾丸功能的作用。睾丸支持细胞自身更新分化能力很强,对精子生成发育非常重要,也是"保姆细胞"。很多研究已经表明褪黑激素对其他细胞和支持细胞调节有非常重要的作用,如增殖、分化、凋亡、炎症和氧化应激的改善作用。褪黑素不仅可以直接作用于睾丸支持细胞,还可以通过介导信号通路进而影响细胞核转录,达到调控目的。
【Abstract】 In mammals,melatonin is especially important,it is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland.It has the function of regulating animal circadian rhythm,seasonal reproduction and testicular function.Sertoli cells are cells that have a strong ability to renew and differentiate themselves,and is very important for sperm production and development,it ’s also a nanny cell".Many studies have shown that melatonin plays a very important role in the regulation of other cells and sertoli cells,such as the improvement of proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,inflammation and oxidative stress,is of certain significance to the actual production.Mmelatonin can not only acts directly on sertoli cells,but also tegulates nuclear,transcription by mediating signal path ways.
