【摘要】 创业需要要素禀赋的支持。各个地区要素禀赋基础不同,决定了地区创业活动水平差异。然而,要素禀赋对创业活动并非线性效应,其影响力会受到经济发展水平的制约。使用2008—2014年中国31个省份的面板数据,采用门槛回归模型,证实了经济发展水平在制度、人力、金融和技术要素禀赋决定地区创业活动水平过程中的干扰作用,表明要素对创业活动的激励作用需要以一定的经济发展水平为基础,盲目投入要素禀赋并不能有效提高创业水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entrepreneurship should be supported by factor endowments. Usually,institution,human resources,finance and technology are 4 factors to determine the regional entrepreneurial level. However,factor endowments impact the entrepreneurial activities on a nonlinear basis,and its influence is restricted by the level of economic development. Applying a threshold regression model,this article used the 2008-2014 panel data of 31 provinces in China to confirm that the level of economic development has interrupted the linear process of entrepreneurial formation. The results indicate that factors-promote-entrepreneurship mechanism is established on an economic base. The increase of factor inputs can ’t guarantee a higher entrepreneurial level.更多还原
