NT-proBNP、hs-CTnI水平与ACS患者冠脉病变程度的关系研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨高敏肌钙蛋白I(hs-CTnI)、氨基末端脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者冠脉病变程度的关系。方法:选择2018年2月至2020年4月我院接诊的ACS患者84例为观察组(冠脉病变程度:重度38例,中度24例,轻度22例),84例稳定性心绞痛患者为参考1组,84例行冠脉造影检查为阴性结果的为参考2组。比较三组受检者和不同冠脉病变程度ACS患者NT-proBNP、hs-CTnI水平,分析NT-proBNP、hs-CTnI水平与Gensini总积分相关性。结果:观察组NT-proBNP、hs-CTnI水平高于参考1组参考2组,参考1组各位指标水平高于参考2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度组NT-proBNP、hs-CTnI水平高于中度组、轻度组,中度组各位指标水平高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NT-proBNP、hs-CTnI与Gensini积分成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:ACS体内NT-proBNP、hs-CTnI水平明显增高,水平高低与冠脉病变程度成正相关,可以将其作为预测ACS发生和判断冠脉病变程度的常用指标。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between the levels of high-sensitivity troponin I( hs-CTn I),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide( NT-pro BNP) and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with acute coronary syndrome( ACS).Methods: A total of 84 ACS patients received in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the observation group( degree of coronary artery disease: 38 cases of severe,24 cases of moderate,22 cases of mild),84 cases of stable angina The patients were in the reference group 1,and 84 cases with negative results of coronary angiography were the reference group 2. The NTpro BNP and hs-CTn I levels of the three groups of subjects and ACS patients with different coronary artery disease degrees were compared,and the correlation between the NT-pro BNP and hs-CTn I levels and the Gensini total score was analyzed. Results: The levels of NT-pro BNP and hs-CTn I in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group 1 and the reference group 2,and the index levels in the reference group 1 were higher than those in the reference group 2,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05); in the severe group NT-pro BNP,The level of hs-CTn I was higher than that of the moderate group and the mild group,and the level of each index in the moderate group was higher than that of the mild group. The difference was statistically significant( P<0.05); NT-pro BNP,hs-CTn I and Gensini score were positively correlated( P<0.05). Conclusion: The levels of NT-pro BNP and hs-CTn I in ACS are significantly increased,and the level is positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery disease,which can be used as a common indicator to predict the occurrence of ACS and judge the degree of coronary artery disease.
