多功能区固废填埋场建设案例分析
Case Analysis on Solid Waste Landfill Construction in Multifunctional Area
【摘要】 伴随我国固体废物处置方式转变为焚烧为主,填埋为保障,城市固废管理面临对现有的固废填埋场进行生态修复、并须解决应急进场生活垃圾填埋和飞灰填埋的问题。鉴于新建填埋场选址困难,基于现有生活垃圾填埋场,建设集生态修复区、应急进场生活垃圾填埋库区和飞灰填埋库区为一体的多功能区固废填埋场具有重要意义。以某多功能区固废填埋场工程为例,通过对现有填埋场的封场覆盖及污染防控措施实现生态修复,并通过新建库区与现有填埋场之间的合理衔接和独立分区建成应急填埋库区和飞灰填埋库区实现可持续填埋。重点介绍了该工程的设计思路,并分析了该类工程建设、运营过程中的重难点及解决措施。
【Abstract】 With the change of solid waste treatment method to incineration and landfill as the guarantee in China,urban solid waste management is facing ecological restoration of existing solid waste landfills,and the solution of emergency landfill of domestic waste going into the landfill site and fly ash landfill. In view of the difficulty in site selection for the new landfill,it is of great significance to build a multi-functional solid waste landfill that integrates ecological restoration area,emergency landfill area of domestic waste going into the landfill site,and fly ash landfill area based on the existing domestic waste landfill site. Taking a solid waste landfill in multifunctional area as an example,the ecological restoration was realized through the seal and covering of the existing landfill site and the pollution prevention and control measures,while the emergency landfill area and fly ash landfill area were built through the reasonable connection and the independent partition between the new storage area and the existing landfill site to realize the sustainable landfill. Finally,the design idea of the project was mainly introduced,and the important points,difficult points,as well as the solutions in the construction and operation of this kind project were analyzed.
