赣江原水中溶解性有机物对超滤膜污染的影响研究
Effect of dissolved organic matter in raw water of Ganjiang River on ultrafiltration membrane fouling
【摘要】 研究了赣江原水中溶解性有机物(DOM)的亲疏水性组分和芳构化程度、相对分子质量分布、荧光特性及其对超滤膜污染的影响。结果表明,赣江原水DOM相对分子质量主要分布在1 000~10 000,亲疏水性组分主要分离到强疏水性组分腐殖酸类和富里酸类有机物,占比为40.06%;其次是中性亲水性组分带苯环的蛋白类有机物,占比为29.69%。强疏水性和中性亲水性组分会引起相对较大的比通量下降,易引起不可逆污染,是引起超滤膜污染的主要原因。标准堵塞过滤和滤饼层过滤是赣江原水DOM引起超滤膜污染的主导机理。
【Abstract】 The hydrophilic and hydrophobic components, aromatization, relative molecular weight distribution, fluorescence characteristics of dissolved organic matter(DOM) in raw water of Ganjiang River and its effect on ultrafiltration membrane fouling were studied. Results showed that relative molecular weight of the DOM mainly distributed from 1 000 to 10 000. Strong hydrophobic components, organic matters mainly like humic acid and fulic acid, accounted for 40.06%. And then, neutral hydrophilic components, organic matters mainly like aromatic protein-like compounds, accounted for 29.69%. Strong hydrophobic components and neutral hydrophilic components tended to cause a relatively shark specific flux decrease and irreversible fouling, which was the main cause of ultrafitration membrane fouling. The standard blocking filtration and cake filtration were the main membrane fouling mechanisms.
