新冠肺炎疫情下社区垃圾分类的变化特征及其作用

【摘要】 为探究社区生活垃圾分类体系在新冠肺炎疫情期间的变化与响应特征,剖析社区垃圾分类与新冠肺炎疫情防控工作的交互作用机制,对全国范围内的居民开展了系统性问卷调查和分析研究。结果表明:(1)新冠肺炎疫情导致社区垃圾分类基础成分发生明显变化,疫情期间人均废弃口罩产生量约为3.7个/周,30.6%的居民降低了垃圾投放频次;(2)垃圾分类体系在疫情期间的响应主要表现在调停分类措施与新增防疫措施两方面,85.5%的分类社区新增防疫相关分类举措,55.3%实施分类调停措施;(3)社区垃圾分类与疫情防控工作间表现出双向促进作用,该作用主要是通过提升社区工作组织能力和居民行为意识实现的。研究结果对中国后疫情时期进一步巩固防疫效果,持续推进社区垃圾分类工作具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 In order to explore responses and variation of household solid waste classification to the prevention of COVID-19 pandemic in community and analyze how it works, a systematic questionnaire survey was carried out with 3 144 residents nationwide. The results showed that:(1) the COVID-19 pandemic caused significant changes in basic components of household solid waste classification in community. During the epidemic, the average amount of discarded masks per capita was about 3.7 pieces per week, and 30.6% of residents reduced the frequency of garbage disposal.(2) The response of the household solid waste classification system during the epidemic period was mainly manifested in two aspects, one was adjusting the former classification measures and the other was carrying out new classification measures related to epidemic prevention. 85.5% of communities carried out new classification measures, 55.3% of the classified communities adjusted classification measures.(3) Community waste classification and epidemic prevention and control showed a mutual promotion, which was caused by improving abilities of community work organization and awareness of residents’ behavior. The results of the research were of great significance to further consolidate the effect of epidemic prevention in the post-epidemic period and continue to promote the work of community waste classification.
