内蒙古锡林浩特典型草原地区的土壤碳氮相关性研究

【摘要】 为了理清典型草原土壤养分的相互关系问题,于2013年7月采集锡林浩特地区24个样地3个深度的72个土壤样品,进行土壤有机质和全氮含量分析。土壤有机质测定采用重铬酸钾-硫酸氧化法,土壤全氮采用扩散吸收法。结果表明:1)草原土壤养分含量与土壤深度呈反比,即0~5 cm层养分含量最高,5~20 cm层养分含量次之,20~40 cm层养分含量最少; 2)典型草原的土壤有机质和全氮含量均处于土壤普查分级标准的三级和四级水平,说明草原地区的土壤保肥力和缓冲性较好,草原产量处于中等水平; 3)典型草原的土壤有机质含量与全氮含量呈显著的线性相关关系,土壤碳氮比平均值为9.908 7,说明土壤的理化性质稳定。

【Abstract】 In order to study the relationship between soil nutrients in typical grasslands,72 samples of 3 soil depths at 24 plots in Xilinhot were collected in July 2013 to analyze soil organic matter and total nitrogen.Soil organic matter was experimented by Potassium dichromate-sulfuric acid oxidation method,and soil total nitrogen was tested by Diffusion absorption method. The results showed that:1) The nutrient content of grassland soil descended to the subsoil,and it meant that the highest was the nutrient content of 0 ~ 5 cm layer,next was that of 5 ~ 20 cm layer,and the least was that of 20 ~ 40 cm layer; 2) The contents of soil organic matter and total nitrogen in typical steppe belonged to the third and fourth levels according to the classification standard of soil census.It indicated that the soil fertility and buffering capacity in the grassland area were better,and the grassland yield was in the middle level; 3) There was a significant linear correlation between soil organic matter and total nitrogen in typical steppe,and the average soil carbon-nitrogen ratio was 9. 908 7,indicating that the physical and chemical properties of soil were stable.
