【摘要】 随着陕西省城镇化、工业化以及农业现代化的快速发展,创造物质财富的同时,频繁的人类活动和机械设备过度使用等因素,导致生态环境严重被破坏,对社会和经济稳定可持续发展造成一定影响。以陕西省为研究对象,从自然环境、生态人文、廉政经济以及生态工业4个方面选取一级指标,具体细化为11个二级指标与21个三级指标,以此构建陕西省生态环境综合评价指标体系,并采用熵权法确定各指标权重,以期准确、客观地反映陕西省生态环境质量状况和趋势,为陕西生态文明建设及"四化"发展提供决策依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of urbanization,industrialization and agricultural modernization in Shaanxi,while creating material wealth,frequent human activities and excessive use of machinery and equipment have severely damaged the ecological environment,which has a certain impact on the stable and sustainable development of society and economy.Taking Shaanxi Province as the research object,this paper selects first-level indicators from four aspects: natural environment,ecology and humanities,clean government and economy,and eco-industry,and specifically subdivides them into 11 second-level indicators and 21 third-level indicators to build an ecological environment in Shaanxi comprehensively evaluate the index system,and use the entropy method to determine the weight of each index,in order to accurately and objectively reflect the quality and trend of the ecological environment in Shaanxi,and provide a basis for decision-making for the construction of Shaanxi’s ecological civilization and the development of the "four modernizations".更多还原
