【Abstract】 Based on the research about the supply and demand of the whole waste-classification in Shanghai, this paper points out that the current whole waste-classification is facing imbalance between supply and demand of technology.The fundamental reason lies in the imperfect system, which leads to the low-level operation of waste classification.It is proposed to optimize the existing waste management system while transforming the government policy support link, and to promote the coupling of technology and system in order to realize sustainable whole waste-classification.更多还原
