【摘要】 为实现宜兴市水污染控制精细化管理,构建突出以水污染指标为重点的绿色产业评估指标体系尤为关键。文章结合宜兴市6个水生态环境功能区特点,构建了由绿色生产、绿色环境和自然资源价值三大要素15项指标组成的绿色产业评估指标体系,并以相关规划值为标准,对宜兴市各水生态功能区的绿色产业发展进行评估。结果表明,各功能区中产业绿色程度排序为Ⅰ-03>Ⅱ-02>Ⅲ-10>Ⅲ-11和Ⅱ-03>Ⅲ-07。这意味着在后续宜兴市水污染控制精细化管理过程中,应重点对评估结果比较低的功能区进行绿色产业结构的调整,尤其是对评估结果中未能达标的指标采取控制措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to complete the fine management of water pollution control in Yixing, it is crucial to construct the evaluation index system of the green industry based on the water pollution index as the key. Combining with the characteristics of six water ecological environment function areas, the green industry evaluation index system with three main factors of 15 indicators from the green production, green environment, natural resources value is constructed. Based on the relevant planning values, the green industry development of the water ecological function areas in Yixing is evaluated. The results show that each function in the industry green degree sequence is ordered by Ⅰ-03 >Ⅱ-02 >Ⅲ-10 >Ⅲ-11 andⅡ-03 >Ⅲ-07. This means that in the subsequent refined management of water pollution control in Yixing, the adjustment of the green industrial structure should be focused on the functional areas with relatively low evaluation results, especially the control measures should be taken for the indicators that fail to reach the standard in the evaluation results.更多还原
