【摘要】 《危险废物焚烧污染控制标准》是我国危险废物焚烧处置污染控制环境管理的核心标准,自颁布至今对我国危险废物焚烧处置污染控制和环境风险防控发挥了重要作用。但实行了近20年的标准已难以适应当前生态环境改善和精细化管理要求。2020年12月17日,生态环境部与国家市场监督管理总局联合批准发布了《危险废物焚烧污染控制标准:GB 18484—2020》。通过从标准修订必要性、修订原则、修订主要内容、标准实施环境社会经济效益及标准实施建议等方面进行论述,对该标准主要内容进行了解读,以期对标准的落实实施提供一定的指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 The standard for pollution control on hazardous waste incineration is the principal standard for the environmental management of the hazardous waste incineration. It is necessary for the pollution control and environmental risk prevention of the hazardous waste incineration in China. However, the standard with the implementation of 20 years is difficult to meet the current requirements of the eco-environment quality improvement and the delicacy management. In December 17 th 2020, the standard for pollution control on hazardous waste incineration(GB 18484—2020) was released by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China and the State Administration for Market Regulation. This paper interpreted the necessity and the principle of the revised standard, the main content of the revised standard, the environmental and social as well as economic benefits,and the standard implementation recommendations.
