多层自由旋线分离器的提效增阻作用

【摘要】 文章采用多层旋线布置方式实现了自由旋线分离器分离效率的有效提升,并讨论了多层布置对除尘效率与压力损失的影响规律。在风量2 000 m3/h、液气比0.03 L/m3和粉尘质量浓度1 000 mg/m3的试验条件下,单层旋线和双层旋线的除尘效率均随旋线根数和转速的增加而增加,且双层旋线的除尘效率的增幅高于单层旋线。当旋线总根数400根、旋线转速600 r/min时,随着旋线层数的增加,多层自由旋线分离器的提效作用迅速减弱。当单层旋线变为双层旋线后,除尘效率提高3%,提效作用较显著。当旋线增至3层以上,提效作用趋于稳定。但自由旋线分离器的压力损失却随旋线层数增加而成倍增加。因此,从提效和节能两方面考虑,自由旋线分离器采用多层布置的旋线层数不宜超过3层。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the multi layer rotary thread arrangement was proposed to improve the collection efficiency of the free rotary thread separator. And the influence of the multi layer arrangement on the particle collection efficiency and the pressure drop were studied. Under the experimental conditions of the 2 000 m3/h flow rate, 0.03 L/m3 liquid-gas ratio, 1 000 mg/m3 particle concentration, the results showed that the collection efficiency of single rotary thread layer and double rotary thread layers was increasing with the rotary speed and the thread number. The increment of the collection efficiency of the double rotary thread layers was greater than that of the single rotary thread layer. When the rotary speed was 600 r/min and the total thread number was 400, the collection efficiency of the free rotary thread separator with multi-thread layers decreased rapidly with the increasing of the rotary thread layers. It was noticed that the collection efficiency of the double rotary thread layers was about 3% higher than that of the single rotary thread layer. When the rotary thread increased to more than 3 layers, the enhanced efficiency was tended to be steady. In addition, the pressure drop of the free rotary thread separator was multiply increased with the increasing of rotary thread layers.Therefore, considering the efficiency improvement and the energy consumption, the layer number of the free rotary thread separator should be three or less.
