【摘要】 城市是经济发展的主体空间,只有全方位推动城市发展,才能助力实现十四五规划远景目标。研究发现,东北三省人口流失问题愈发严峻,人口流失导致城市收缩。本文比较了东北地区和长江中游城市群的城市收缩现状,包括收缩的空间格局和人口结构特征,并从推动城市治理、依托城市群打造对外开放平台、推进红色冰雪旅游发展等方面提出了齐齐哈尔市作为收缩城市精明发展的路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cities are the main space of economic development,the all-round promotion of urban development is conducive to achieving the long-term goals of Fourteenth Five-Year Plan.It is found that the three northeastern provinces are confronting the increasingly serious problem of population loss,which leads to urban shrinkage.This paper compares the shrinking status of urban agglomerations in Northeast China and in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,including the spatial pattern and population structure characteristics,and puts forward the paths for the smart development of Qiqihar,a shrinking city,such as promoting urban governance,building an open platform based on the city agglomeration,and promoting the development of red ice and snow tourism.更多还原
