【摘要】 知识经济时代下,以"服务"为核心理念的服务型领导受到越来越多的学者的关注。为了更加科学直观地了解服务型领导研究的进展,以"Web of Science核心合集"数据库中有关服务型领导的文献为基础,利用citespace软件进行可视化分析,探究服务型领导研究领域的重要学者、国家和研究机构、研究热点以及研究趋势。研究发现:学术界对于服务型领导的研究成果颇丰,2013年后研究更为活跃;服务型领导的结构与维度、服务型领导的作用机制和边界条件的研究一直是服务型领导领域研究的热点话题;国内对于服务型领导的研究极为重视,并取得了相当大的进步,但相较于国外而言,探究的主题丰富度仍稍有欠缺。最后,基于服务型领导知识图谱的分析提出未来的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of knowledge economy, servant leadership with "service" as its core concept has attracted more and more scholars’ attention. In order to understand the progress of research on servant leadership more scientifically and intuitively, this paper uses citespace software for visual analysis based on the literature about servant leadership in the "Web of Science Core Collection" database to explore the important scholars, research institutions, research hotspots and research trends in the field of servant leadership research. The research found that the academic community has a lot of research results on servant leadership, and the research is more active after 2013. Research on the structure and dimension of servant leadership, the action mechanism and boundary conditions of public servant leadership has been a hot topic in the field of servant leadership. China attaches great importance to the research of servant leadership,,and has made considerable progress. However, compared with foreign countries, the richness of the topic is still a little short.Finally, based on the analysis of cservant leadership knowledge map, the future research direction is proposed.更多还原
