【摘要】 创业大学是适应社会经济发展应运而生的新型大学,能够更好地实现高校人才培养、科学研究与服务社会三大功能。华航创业大学是河北省人社厅公布的2019年10所首批河北创业大学之一(冀人社字[2020]15号)。本文以华航创业大学为例,总结其建设发展现状,从三螺旋创新理论和组织转型理论,探索了华航创业大学建设的外部和内部驱动因素与实践路径,并从宏观、中观和微观角度探索了其对地方应用型本科高校建设创业大学的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entrepreneurship university is a new type of university emerging with the social and economic development, which can better realize the three functions of higher education, talent cultivation, scientific research and serving society. Based on a case study of NCIAE Entrepreneurship University, one of the first ten Hebei Entrepreneurship Universities approved by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hebei Province in 2019. this paper investigates and describes the status quo of its development, explores its external and internal driving factors and practice path from the perspectives of triple helix innovation theory and organization transformation theory, and suggests its macro, meso and micro implications to entrepreneurship university construction of application-oriented university.更多还原
