【摘要】 学位论文是我国高等教育和高等人才质量发展必不可少的综合性环节,是反映高等教育培养质量的重要标志之一。其学位论文的质量更是备受关注。学位论文在财会专业中普遍存在论文缺乏长效规划管理、论文选题前沿性不足、论文开题趋同性严重、师资力量薄弱、论文评价和验收单一等问题,鉴于此分析其制约瓶颈,进而提出优化师资多样化、健全论文验收机制、实施论文过程长效管理机制等具体路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Degree thesis is a necessary and comprehensive link in the development of higher education and the quality of higher talents in our country, and it is one of the important signs reflecting the quality of higher education. The quality of thesis is of great concern. In the major of accounting there are many problemssuch as the lack of long-term planning and management, insufficient leading-edge selection of thesis topics, theserious convergence of thesis topics, the weakness of teachers, the single evaluation and acceptance of thesis.In view of this analysis of the bottleneck, this papersuggestssolutions to optimize the diversity of teachers, improve the acceptance mechanism, the implementation of long-term management mechanism of the paper process and other specific paths.更多还原
