【摘要】 面对网络空间治理的严峻形势和紧迫任务,习近平同志站在人类前途与命运的高度,旗帜鲜明地提出了"构建网络空间命运共同体"的中国主张,为化解全球网络空间治理困境指明了方向。网络空间命运共同体不仅具有深刻的政治内涵,也具有丰富的伦理意蕴。从伦理的视角审视,网络空间是人类生活的新空间,对网络空间的关切就是对人类命运的关切,网络空间命运共同体是人类命运共同体在网络空间发展演变的逻辑必然。携手构建网络空间命运共同体理应坚持伦理的考量,着眼于人的发展,以人类根本利益为出发点,有效化解网络空间中的分歧与矛盾,对标人类命运共同体建设,推进世界和平与人类文明进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the face of the grim situation and urgent tasks in cyberspace governance, Xi Jinping has clearly put forward China’s proposal of "constructing a community with shared future in cyberspace" with the vision of the future and destiny of mankind in mind, which charts the course for resolving the difficulties in global cyberspace governance. A community with shared future in cyberspace has not only profound political connotations, but also rich ethical implications. From the perspective of ethics, the cyberspace is a new space for human life, thus, concerning for the cyberspace is concerning for human destiny. As the logic necessity of a community with shared future for mankind in cyberspace, it implies ethnical perseverance in building a community with shared future in cyberspace hand in hand. Focusing on human development and taking mankind’s fundamental interests as the starting point, we can effectively resolve differences and disputes in cyberspace, build a community of shared future for mankind, and advance world peace and human civilization.更多还原
