3种饵料对日本囊对虾生长及其呈味氨基酸的影响
Effects of Three Diets on the Growth and Flavor Amino Acids of Marsupenaeus japonicus
【摘要】 在水温25~28℃,盐度30~32下,将体质量(22.36±2.48)mg、体长(1.50±0.19)cm的日本囊对虾(Marsupenaeus japonicus)饲养在55cm×40cm×30cm的养殖箱中,分别投喂卤虫无节幼体(A组)、菲律宾蛤仔(B组)、人工配合饲料(C组)。每周测量虾体长和体质量,实验结束时统计虾的存活率(SR),计算增质量率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR),测定虾体内呈味氨基酸含量。4周的饲养结果表明,A组日本囊对虾存活率最高,为(85.00±6.03)%,B组的存活率最低,为(60.53±2.54)%,C组的存活率为(78.30±5.00)%;A组和C组的存活率皆显著高于B组(P<0.05),A组和C组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。A组(1.28±0.07)%·d-1和C组(1.31±0.08)%·d-1日本囊对虾特定生长率显著高于B组(1.09±0.05)%·d-1(P<0.05),A组和C组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。C组日本囊对虾的呈味氨基酸含量最高,为(20.54±0.19)%,B组呈味氨基酸含量最低,为(16.42±0.64)%,A组呈味氨基酸含量为(19.55±0.51)%;A组和C组的呈味氨基酸含量均显著高于B组(P<0.05),A组和C组间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。该研究可为日本囊对虾人工养殖的饵料选择提供一定依据。
【Abstract】 Marsupenaeus japonicus with body weight(22.36±2.48)mg and body length(1.50±0.19)cm were reared in 55 cm×40 cm×30 cm cage and fed with Artemia nauplii(group A),Ruditapes philippinarum(group B)and artificial diet(group C)respectively at water temperature of 25—28℃ and salinity of 30—32.At the end of the experiment,body length and weight of shrimp were measured weekly,the survival rate(SR),weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)were calculated,and the content of taste amino acids in shrimp was determined.The results of four weeks feeding showed that the survival rate of group A was the highest(85.00±6.03)%;the survival rate of group B was the lowest(60.53±2.54)%;the survival rate of group C was(78.30±5.00)%.The survival rate of group A and group C were significantly higher than that of group B(P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference between group A and group C(P>0.05).The specific growth rate of group A(1.28±0.07)%·d-1 and group C(1.31±0.08)%·d-1 was significantly higher than that of group B(1.09±0.05)%·d-1(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group C(P>0.05).The content of taste amino acids in group C was the highest(20.54±0.19)%,the lowest in group B(16.42±0.64)%.The content of taste amino acids in group A was(19.55±0.51)%,which was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group C(P>0.05).This study provides a certain basis for the selection of feed for artificial culture of Marsupenaeus japonicus.
