【摘要】 构建职业教育、就业培训、技能提升相统一的产业工人终身技能生成机制是产业发展和技能型社会建设的重要内容,产教融合、校企合作、育训结合是有效途径之一,但是面临现实问题。从实践中看,终身技能生成机制构建缺一体化目标,终身技能生成动力不足;缺共享型机制,技能生成资源不够;缺成长性模式,技能生成路径不畅。可以从目标、主体、动力三方面进行一体化设计,由政府、企业、学校及其本身等多元主体对职前、职中、职后、转岗阶段性角色发展及技能构成形成理性认知、制定整体规划及提供全面保障,构建机制复合体(育训部落),以此实现园区新产业工人终身技能生成。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important part of industrial development and the construction of skill-based society to build a lifelong vocational skill generation mechanism for industrial workers that structures the unigication of vocational education,employment training and skill improvement.It is also one of the effective ways of the cooperation between industry and education,school-enterprise education,the combination of education and training.but they are faced with practical problems.From the perspective of practice,it is the lack of integration goal in the construction of lifetime skills generation mechanism and the lack of motivation for lifetime skills generation;it is the lack of sharing mechanism and insufficient skill generation resources;it is the lack of growth mode and unsmooth skill generation path.We can start integrated design from three aspects of the target,the subject and the motivation,and we can form rational cognition,the overall planning and comprehensive protection about the stage role development and skill composition of pre-employment,on-job,post-career and job transfer,with government,enterprises,schools and themselves to construct lifelong vocational skill generation mechanism for new industrial workers in Changsha National Economic & Technical Development Zone.更多还原
