超支化聚(乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯-胺)的制备及其疏水改性研究

【摘要】 以氨基乙基哌嗪和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为原料,采用迈克尔加成法在无催化剂的条件下得到末端基团为氨基的超支化聚(乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯-胺)(HBP1),由于其具有大量的支化结构和末端基团,采用甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(MBFA-12)对HBP1进行疏水改性,得到超支化聚(乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯-胺-MBFA-12)(HBP2)。通过化学分析方法、X射线光电子能谱仪、扫描电子显微镜以及接触角测量仪分别对体系的胺值、涂层表面的元素、形貌及疏水性能进行了表征。结果表明,加入MBFA-12后,涂层表面具有明显的粗糙结构且产生了微观相分离,随着MBFA-12用量的增加,涂层表面的粗糙结构越明显,HBP2的接触角越大,其接触角最高可达118°。

【Abstract】 The hyperbranched poly(ethylene glycol dimethacrylate-amine)(HBP1)with amino-terminal group was prepared through aminoethylpiperazine and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate by Michael addition method without a catalyst.Because of abundant branching architecture and terminal groups,HBP1 was modified by dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(MBFA-12)to obtain hyperbranched poly(ethylene glycol dimethacrylate-amine-MBFA-12)(HBP2).The properties of the hyperbranched polymer were investigated by chemical analysis method,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and contact angle tester to characterize the amine value,elemental of the coating surface,morphology and hydrophobic properties of the system,respectively.The results indicated that it occurred that surface of the coating had obvious rough structure and microscopic phase separation after adding MBFA-12.With the increasing of the amount of MBFA-12,the surface rough structure of the coating was more obvious,and the contact angle of HBP2 was larger,the maximum can reach 118°.
