Estane/Al复合钝感包覆CL-20的研究
Research on Insensitivity of CL-20 Coated with Estane/Al
【摘要】 为了提高六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)炸药的安全性能,采用水悬浮法制备了CL-20/Estane和CL-20/Estane/Al复合炸药,并用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对产物进行了表征及性能测试,按GJB 772-1997方法测试了其撞击感度。结果表明:水悬浮包覆法可以制备CL-20/Estane/Al复合造型粉,CL-20的晶型仍为ε型,说明水悬浮包覆工艺不会改变CL-20主体炸药的晶型;与原料CL-20相比,含1%铝粉的CL-20/Estane/Al包覆样品的特性落高提高了26.4cm,热爆炸临界温度提高了8.15℃,且Al可以有效提高炸药的放热量。
【Abstract】 To improve the safety of CL-20, the adhesives of Estane and Al were used to coat CL-20 via solvent-slurry method. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were employed to characterize the morphology, crystal form and thermal decomposition properties of the samples, respectively. Their impact sensitivity were tested by GJB 772-1997.The research results show that Estane/Al modified CL-20 composite is prepared successfully by solvent-slurry method, the crystal type of CL-20 is still ε type, which indicate the solvent-slurry method doesn’t change the crystal form of CL-20. Compared to raw CL-20, the character drop height of CL-20/Estane/Al with 1% content of Al powder is increased by 26.4 cm, and the critical temperature of thermal explosion is improved by 8.15℃, which show that Al can effectively increase the heat release of explosives.
