新型聚能预裂爆破技术减振效果研究

【摘要】 为探究复杂施工环境下新型聚能预裂爆破技术的降振效果,基于浙江省温州市某垃圾焚烧发电厂山体爆破开挖项目,通过理论计算与现场实测对比分析的方式,对该新型爆破技术降振效果进行了系统分析。结果表明:相较于理论计算,使用聚能预裂爆破技术的爆破振动实测数据明显降低,其中降振率最大为92.2%,平均降振率为74.0%,降振效果十分显著。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the vibration reduction effect of the new energy-concentrated pre-splitting blasting technology in a complex construction environment, based on the mountain blasting excavation project of a waste incineration power plant in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, the new blasting technology was compared and analyzed through theoretical calculations and field measurements, and the effect of vibration reduction was systematically analyzed. The results show that compared with theoretical calculations, the measured data of blasting vibration using shaped energy pre-splitting blasting technology is significantly reduced. The maximum vibration reduction rate is 92.2%, and the average vibration reduction rate is 74.0%, the vibration reduction effect is very significant.
