爆炸压实火药粉末数值模拟

【摘要】 为研究火药粉末爆炸压实过程,借助ANSYS/AUTODYN软件对其进行数值仿真,研究分析了压实过程中粉末材料的运动状态和密度分布情况。结果表明:粉末粒子速度经突跃增长后急速衰减,之后趋于稳定,整个过程约200μs。压实件底部材料密度高于顶部,中心区域高于边缘区域,且随着装药厚度的增加,材料回弹加剧,易导致密度不均,对比发现在药厚15cm左右可取得较好的压实效果。

【Abstract】 Aimed at explosive compaction process of gunpowder powder, the numerical simulation was carried out by use of ANSYS/AUTODYN software, the motion sate and density distribution of the powder materials were studied and analyzed. The results show that the speed of the powder particles decreases rapidly after a sudden increase, and then tends to be stable, the entire process is about 200μs. The density of the material at the bottom of the compact is higher than that at the top, and the density in the center area is higher than that in the edge area. As the thickness of the charge increases, the rebound of the material increases, which easily leads to uneven density. It is found that the charge thickness of about 15 cm would result in better compaction effect after comparison.
