4-羧基苯硼酸改性壳聚糖-羟基磷灰石吸附维生素B12

【摘要】 以维生素B12发酵液为原料,4-羧基苯硼酸改性壳聚糖/羟基磷灰石复合材料(CPBA-CS/HAP)为吸附剂,利用硼酸亲和力从发酵液中特异性吸附维生素B12。采用FT-IR,TGA,XRD和BET等方法对复合材料进行结构表征,同时研究了其对维生素B12的吸附行为。结果表明,在pH=6.2,溶液浓度为1 mg/g,吸附时间为360 min的条件下,最大吸附量为42.6 mg/g,为传统树脂吸附量的4.02倍。

【Abstract】 Vitamin B12 fermentation broth is used as raw material,and tetracarboxyphenylboronic acid modified chitosan/hydroxyapatite composite material (CPBA-CS/HAP) is used as adsorbent,which uses the affinity of boric acid to specifically adsorb vitamin B12 from the fermentation broth.Using FT-IR,TGA,XRD and BET methods to characterize the structure of the composite material,and at the same time study its adsorption behavior of vitamin B12.The results show that under the conditions of p H=6.2,solution concentration of 1 mg/g,and adsorption time of 360min,the maximum adsorption capacity is 42.6 mg/g,which is 4.02 times that of traditional resins.
