【摘要】 工程教育专业认证是推进工程教育改革、提高工程教育质量、培养工程教育人才的重要保证。工程能力分为技术能力和非技术能力两类,其中非技术能力涉及范围广、衡量标准欠完善,是工程人才培养的短板。华东理工大学生物工程学院依托大学生创新实践平台,有效提升了学生的非技术能力,为其他高校工程人才培养提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Engineering education certification is an important guarantee for reforming engineering education, improving the quality of engineering education and training engineering education talents in China. Engineering ability can be divided into two categories: technical ability and non-technical ability. Among them, non-technical ability covers a wide range and its measurement criteria are imperfect, which is the short board in the process of engineering talents training. Based on the innovative practice platform of undergraduates, School of Biotechnology in East China University of Science and Technology effectively improved the non-technical ability of bioengineering students.
