【摘要】 新工科建设对制药工程专业建设提出了更高的要求,而创新性的校企合作是培养高水平制药工程人才的重要手段。文章从北京化工大学制药工程专业校企合作人才培养模式出发,分析了目前该专业本科生生产实习中存在的问题,提出了"理论+实践"贯通式培养课程群和"四步走"实践教学模式,以期建立校企合作人才培养的新模式,从而培养出社会认可度高、就业竞争力强、实践能力突出的制药工程专业人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emerging Engineering puts forward higher requirements for the construction of pharmaceutical engineering specialty. Innovative school-enterprise cooperation is an important channel to cultivate high-level pharmaceutical engineering talents. Based on the personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation of pharmaceutical engineering specialty in our university, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the production practice of current pharmaceutical engineering undergraduates, and puts forward run-through cultivating curriculum group with theory and practice, and four-step practical teaching model, so as to establish a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training, and then cultivate pharmaceutical workers with high social recognition, strong employability rate and excellent practice ability.更多还原
