【摘要】 学生毕业5年后的就业状况及职业发展可作为评价培养目标是否合理的重要依据。文章以武汉工程大学生物工程专业为例,对该专业2009—2011级学生毕业5～7年后的就业状况进行调查,并从服务区域、工作领域和工作性质方面与毕业当年的就业状况进行对比分析,以评价专业培养目标的达成情况及合理性。结果表明,生物工程专业培养目标中的人才服务区域定位和职业领域定位合理,对毕业生的职业预期也与实际情况相符。更多还原

【Abstract】 Employment status and career development of students after graduation for five years are important basis for evaluating the rationality of training objective. Taking the bioengineering major of Wuhan Institute of Technology as an example, the employment status of class 2009—2011 students after graduation for 5～7 years were investigated, and compared with that of these students left campus in service area, work fields and job nature. The results confirmed that the orientation of service area and career area in the training objective of bioengineering is reasonable, and the expectations of vocational characteristics in the training objectives is in line with the reality.更多还原
