高分子材料力学教学中利用沉浸式教学引入绿色工程系统思维的实践
Practice of Introducing Green Engineering System Thinking into the Teaching of Polymer Material Mechanics by Means of Immersion Teaching
【摘要】 高分子材料科学中对于绿色化学、生命周期、可持续发展的思考和应用,将有助于降低化学产品或材料的使用及生产对环境的有害影响。在高分子专业教学中引入生命周期和系统思维,是引导学生学会综合考量各种影响因素并设计绿色生产方案的有效途径。文章设计了一种利用沉浸式教学引导学生逐步适应并掌握绿色工程系统思维的方法,以便使学生在未来的工作中能够设计最优方案,避免材料生产和使用中的有害影响。实践表明,学生能够从研发、销售、使用、回收的全周期出发对项目进行评估,该方法对于材料学科和化学学科的教学也具有积极的现实意义。
【Abstract】 The consideration and application of green chemistry, life cycle and sustainable development in polymer materials science, will help to reduce the harmful effects of chemical products or materials on the environment. In the teaching of macromolecule specialty, the introduction of the concept of life cycle and system thinking is a effective path to cultivate students to consider all factors and design green production plan. In this paper, a kind of immersion teaching method is designed to help students to adapt and master the green engineering system thinking, so as to design optimised plan in the future, and avoid to cause damage in the process of producting and using materials. In the practice of this approach, we find that students can make project evaluation from the whole period of product development sale, use and recovery. This teaching method has positive practical significance for the teaching of materials science and chemistry.
