真空冷却结晶器设计工艺计算
Process Calculation in Vacuum Cooling Crystallizer Design
【摘要】 以硝酸钾真空冷却结晶器设计为例,介绍了硝酸钾真空冷却结晶器设计的工艺条件,并对真空冷却结晶工艺过程中蒸发水量、制冷量、处理溶液量、真空冷却结晶器容积与结构尺寸、罐体壁厚、加强圈尺寸、蒸汽出口直径、搅拌机功率进行了工艺计算。
【Abstract】 Take potassium nitrate vacuum cooling crystallizer design as an example, this paper introduces the process conditions for designing potassium nitrate vacuum cooling crystallizer, and calculates the evaporation water amount, refrigerating capacity, and processed solution volume in the process of vacuum cooling crystallization, as well as vacuum cooling crystallizer volume, structure size, tank wall thickness, reinforcing ring size, steam outlet diameter, and mixer power.
