【Abstract】 Take potassium nitrate vacuum cooling crystallizer design as an example, this paper introduces the process conditions for designing potassium nitrate vacuum cooling crystallizer, and calculates the evaporation water amount, refrigerating capacity, and processed solution volume in the process of vacuum cooling crystallization, as well as vacuum cooling crystallizer volume, structure size, tank wall thickness, reinforcing ring size, steam outlet diameter, and mixer power.更多还原
