环境规制、绿色技术创新对物流业碳生产率影响的实证研究

【摘要】 运用SBM方向性距离函数和Global Malmquist-Luenberger(GML)指数测算了我国30个省份2004至2017年的物流业碳生产率,并利用非线性面板门槛模型研究了环境规制(ER)和绿色技术创新(ETI)对我国物流业碳生产率的影响。结果表明:环境规制和绿色技术创新都具有双门槛效应,一阶滞后特点显著,环境规制与绿色技术创新存在相互作用的激励配合效应。环境规制强度低于第一门槛时,促进作用不明显;环境规制强度大于第一门槛,小于第二门槛时,呈显著的正向影响;环境规制强度高于第二门槛时,显著性下降,促进作用较显著。现阶段,绿色技术创新对环境规制的依赖性较强,且对物流业碳生产率的影响不显著。

【Abstract】 This paper applies SBM directional distance function and Global Malmquist-Luenberger(GML) index to measure the carbon productivity of logistics industry of 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2017, and uses the nonlinear panel threshold model to study the impact of environmental regulation(ER) and energy technology innovation(ETI) on the carbon productivity of China’s logistics industry. The results show that both ER and ETI have double threshold effect, and the first-order lag is significant. There is an incentive effect of the interaction between ER and ETI. When the ER intensity is less than the first threshold value, the promotion effect is not notable; when the ER intensity is between the first threshold value and the second threshold value, it has a significant positive effect; when the ER intensity is greater than the second threshold value, the promotion effect is more notable but the significance decreases. At present, ETI has a strong dependence on ER, and has no significant impact on carbon productivity of logistics industry.
