高空气比释动能率X射线参考辐射质的建立

【摘要】 根据最新版ISO 4037—1(2019),建立了 200~300 kV高空气比释动能率参考辐射质。通过实验测量了四组高空气比释动能率参考辐射质所对应的半值层、平均能量、有效能量和能谱,然后将实验数据与2019版ISO 4037—1报告高空气比释动能率系列所对应的参考辐射质进行了比对,该参考辐射质1stHVL与相关标准推荐值的偏差不大于5%,平均能量的偏差不大于3%,有效能量的偏差不大于3%。实验测试表明,该参考辐射质模拟的能谱与相关标准推荐能谱吻合良好,符合标准规范要求,可为仪器的高能响应和扩展校准及测量能力提供参考标准。

【Abstract】 According to the latest version of ISO 4037—1(2019),a 200~300 kV high air airkerm rate reference radiation has been established.The half-value layer,mean energy,effective energy,and energy spectrum corresponding to the four groups of high air air-kerm rate reference radiation were measured experimentally,and then the experimental data was reported with the2019 version of ISO 4037-1 high air air-kerm rate.The deviation of the reference radiation mass 1 stHVL from the recommended value of the relevant standard is not more than 5 %,the deviation of the mean energy is not more than 3 %,and the deviation of the effective energy is not more than3%.Experimental tests show that the energy spectrum of the reference radiation mass is in good agreement with the recommended energy spectrum of relevant standards and meets the requirements of standard specifications.It can provide a reference standard for the instrument’s high-energy response and extended calibration and measurement capabilities.
