多功能可视化核仪器电源监控系统

【摘要】 采用高精度、低噪声DC-DC开关电源模块组和宽量程正负高压模块组,实现通用核仪器多路电源的获取。利用STM32F767IGT6主控制器、STM32F407VET6从控制器和高清电容触摸屏,实现对多路电源的电压采集和电压监控。通过对DC-DC模块组的测试分析,其参考纹波和开关频率均满足通用核仪器的开发需求,结合对高压模块电压曲线的在线监控,验证了监控系统的可靠性和高压模块的精准性。通过对各个模块的集成化设计,使系统具有小型化、便携性和通用性强等优点,可广泛使用于核仪器的开发过程中,缩短开发周期,提高研发效率。

【Abstract】 A design method of multi-functional visual nuclear instruments power monitoring system was proposed in this paper,to solve problems like long development cycle,large system noise and so on.With the purpose of the acquisition of multi-channel power supply for general nuclear instruments,DC-DC switching power supply module group with high precision and low noise,module group with wide range of positive and negative high voltage are used in the test.Also,STM32F767IGT6 master controller,STM32F407VET6 slave controller and HD capacitive touch screen are introduced to guarantee the voltage acquisition and monitoring of multi-channel power supply.The test and analysis of DC-DC module group shows that both its reference ripple and switching frequency can meet the development requirements of general nuclear instruments.Combined with the online monitoring of the voltage curve of the high-voltage module,the reliability of the monitoring system and the accuracy of the high-voltage module are verified.This kind of integrated design of each module,with advantages of miniaturization,portability and versatility and so on,can be widely used in the development process of nuclear instruments,significantly reducing the development cycle and improving the efficiency of R&D.
