【摘要】 观察精覆力骨合剂联合基础抗骨质疏松药物治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床效果与安全性,探讨其应用前景。选取60例原发性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予碳酸钙D3片+阿仑膦酸钠片治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上给予精覆力骨合剂,连续治疗3个月后观察并分析各组治疗前后中医证候积分、骨密度值、骨代谢生化指标改善情况。治疗组中医证候疗效评价总有效率为86.67%,显著优于对照组的63.33%(P <0.05);主症与次症单项症状积分改善情况均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗组改善患者中轴骨(腰椎1-4、股骨颈)骨密度的疗效显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗组降低患者的骨转换指标效果显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。精覆力骨合剂联合基础抗骨质疏松药物治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效确切,可以改善患者的中医证候积分,增加骨密度,调节骨代谢,发挥抗骨质疏松症的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The efficacy and safety of Jing Fu Ligu Mixture combined with basic anti-osteoporosis medicine in the treatment of primary osteoporosis was observed,and its application prospect was explored. Sixty patients with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets + alendronate sodium tablets. The treatment group was given Jing Fu Ligu Mixture on the basis of the control group. After continuous treatment for 3 months,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores,BMD values and biochemical indexes of bone metabolism in each group before and after treatment were observed and analyzed. The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 86. 67%,which was better than 63. 33% in the control group( P < 0. 05). The improvement of primary symptom and secondary symptom scores was also better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Both treatments could improve the BMD of axial bone( lumbar1-4,femoral neck) in patients,and the treatment group had a better effect( P < 0. 05).
