【摘要】 从学生用户感知的角度入手,对高校档案馆服务质量影响因素进行研究,构建了包含馆藏资源、服务结果、服务环境3个一级指标和12个二级指标的服务质量影响因素评价体系。通过问卷调查和访谈两种方式,获取了学生用户对高校档案馆服务质量的第一手资料,并对调查结果做了评述。本研究对某省内高校档案馆的调查结果,对其他高校有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from student user’s perception,the research analyzes the influencing factors of the service quality of university archives,constructs the evaluation system of service quality influencing factors,which include 3 first level indexes,such as library resource,service result and service environment and 12 second level indexes. Through questionnaire survey and interview,the first hand information of student user ’s perception on service quality of university archives is gained,and investigation results are reviewed. The investigation results of the university archives in a province can provide references for other colleges.更多还原
